Every Ronghai cream charger is designed, manufactured and shipped against verifiable standards — ISO 11118, TPED π, GPSR and food-contact test reports.
Every Ronghai cream charger is designed, manufactured and shipped against verifiable standards — so importers, wholesalers and brand owners get proof, not promises.
Our cylinders are designed and manufactured to ISO 11118 — the international standard for non-refillable steel gas cylinders. It governs materials, wall thickness, pressure ratings and type testing for every diameter series we produce.
Our EU market access is secured through EUREPSTAR GmbH of Ingolstadt, Germany, appointed as our EU Authorized Representative under GPSR. The agreement is valid from 2026-08-25 to 2027-08-24, covering GPSR / CE representative obligations.
Cylinders are designed to TPED π requirements for transportable pressure equipment. Certificate number, issuing body and food-contact test reports are confirmed with each order so your documentation matches your exact shipment.
Every production batch passes hydraulic, airtight and visual inspection before release. Each unit carries a batch number for full traceability — from raw steel coil to the carton on your pallet.
Food-contact test reports, REACH, RoHS and ISO 9001 certificates are available on order. Tell us your target market and we will confirm the exact certificate set before you place the PI.
Filled cylinders ship as Class 2.2 non-flammable, non-toxic gas under IMDG / ADR rules. SDS, COA, packing list, commercial invoice and DG transport documents are supplied with every shipment for compliant booking and customs clearance.
EU market access is already handled: with EUREPSTAR GmbH as our appointed EU Authorized Representative, your GPSR obligations are covered from day one. Every shipment leaves our factory with a complete document package — SDS, COA, packing list and DG paperwork — so customs clearance and onward sale stay smooth. And because confidence should be verified, not assumed, we welcome third-party inspection by SGS, BV, TÜV or your nominated agency before shipment, covering quantity, appearance, marking, pressure-test records and packaging.

Quality is not a slogan — it is a checklist. Every batch passes hydraulic, airtight and visual inspection with batch-number traceability before it is cleared for export.
Cylinders are rated at 120 BAR working pressure (Ø70 series optionally 150 BAR) and verified at a 180 BAR test pressure (optionally 225 BAR for Ø70). Batch results are recorded for full traceability.
Every single cylinder — not just samples — is leak-tested with its valve pre-installed at the factory. Units showing any seal imperfection are rejected before packing.
Each filling batch is analyzed for purity, moisture and residue. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is issued per batch and supplied with your shipment.
Fill weight is verified against specification so your customers receive exactly what the label promises, and key dimensions are checked against the engineering drawing for each series.
Every unit is visually inspected for dents, rust and surface defects. Coating, color and printed branding are checked against your signed pre-production sample.
A batch number is printed on every unit and carton. If you ever have a question about a shipment, we can retrieve its complete inspection history — hydraulic, airtight, visual and filling records.
All published dimensions are theoretical values; actual dimensions carry ± tolerance executed per ISO 11118 allowable deviations. Batch test reports are available on request — ask our team for the report matching your shipment.
