Our cylinder bodies are formed from high-strength carbon steel: Q355B for the Ø70 and Ø118 series, and Q235B for the Ø101–102 series. Design wall thickness is matched to each diameter — 2.3 mm (Ø70), 2.6 mm (Ø101–102) and 2.9 mm (Ø118) — giving every size the pressure resistance required by ISO 11118 with a wide safety margin.
Certified Q355B / Q235B steel from audited mills is checked for composition and thickness on arrival. Only material that meets specification enters the production line.
Steel blanks are deep-drawn on automated presses into seamless cylinder bodies. Seamless construction eliminates weld lines — the most common failure point in low-quality chargers.
Formed cylinders undergo controlled heat treatment to relieve stress and achieve consistent hardness, ensuring stable pressure resistance across every unit in the batch.
Cylinders are cleaned, degreased and surface-finished to food-grade standards. Interiors are verified free of oil, dust and residues before filling; exteriors receive the color or print finish for your order.
Food-grade gas is filled on automated lines with precision weighing. Each cylinder is filled to the exact net weight of its specification — no underfills, no overfills.
Disposable relief valves are fitted at the factory and every single cylinder passes an airtight leak test. Units are then boxed, labeled with batch numbers and palletized for container loading.
Quality is built into the line, not checked at the end. Our QC flow runs through four controlled gates from raw material to outgoing goods.
Steel composition, thickness and surface quality are verified against mill certificates before any material is released to production.
QC staff patrol the forming, treatment and filling lines, checking dimensions, weight and process parameters at defined intervals throughout each shift.
Every batch undergoes hydraulic pressure testing and every filled cylinder passes an airtight leak test with the valve pre-installed — recorded against its batch number.
