3. MOQ & Lead Time

• OEM printed chargers: From 2 pallets, lead time 20-25 days after artwork approval
• Unbranded cylinders: 1 pallet per SKU, ships within 10 days
• OEM printed cylinders: From 300-600 pcs per SKU, lead time 25-30 days
• Samples: Unprinted samples in 3 days; printed pre-production samples in 7-10 days

4. Order Workflow

Inquiry and quotation -> samples and document review -> deposit and artwork sign-off -> mass production and lot inspection -> balance payment and booking -> shipment with the agreed certificate pack. A bilingual project manager follows each PO from artworks to the bill of lading.

5. Brand Asset Requirements

• Vector logo in AI or EPS with Pantone / CMYK values
• Barcode numbers (EAN-13 / UPC) supplied at least 10 days before printing
• Market-specific warning text confirmed by the customer regulatory team
• Ronghai provides dielines for charger boxes, cylinder cartons and gift sets
