1. Standard Packing

• 8 g chargers: 50 pcs / retail box, 12 boxes / carton = 600 pcs, 60,000 pcs / pallet
• 580 g cylinders: 6 pcs / carton, 648 pcs / pallet
• 615-640 g cylinders: 6 pcs / carton, approx. 9,000 pcs per 20GP
• 1100-1364 g cylinders: 4 pcs / carton, 240 pcs / pallet
• 2000 g cylinders: 2 pcs / carton, 120 pcs / pallet
• Pallets: Fumigated wooden pallets, stretch-wrapped with corner protection

2. Container Loading

• Provide carton dimensions and gross weight per SKU for the final loading plan
• Cylinders are loaded upright where the stacking plan requires it; valve caps mandatory
• Do not mix heavy cylinder pallets above charger cartons
• Dry, odour-free containers only; container inspection photos sent before stuffing

3. Storage Conditions

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse, away from direct sunlight and heating pipes. Maximum storage temperature 50 deg C. Keep at least the separation distances required by local fire rules from flammable products, oils and greases. Rotate stock first-in-first-out using the production date printed on the carton.

• Storage temperature: below 50 deg C, recommended 10-35 deg C
• Relative humidity: below 80%, non-condensing
• Segregate full and empty packages
• No smoking or open flame in the storage area

4. Transport Classification

Nitrous oxide in chargers and cylinders ships as UN 1070, Class 2.2 with subsidiary oxidizing hazard 5.1. Shipments follow packing instruction P200 for cylinders. Chargers are classed as limited quantities on many routes when correctly packaged; confirm the rule for the destination with the forwarder.

5. Handling Rules

• Do not drop, throw or roll cartons and cylinders
• Use trolleys and pallet trucks; never lift cylinders by the valve or cap
• Damaged or leaking packages must be isolated outdoors and reported
• Keep MSDS (RH-MSDS-N2O) accessible to warehouse and transport staff

6. Goods Receipt

On receipt, verify carton count against the packing list, check the pallet wrap and corner protection, and confirm lot numbers and production dates. Report shortages or damage with photos within 7 days of delivery to sales@dzrjyl.com.
